Is there a permanent free account?No. Workspace accounts have a trial followed by paid access. Public calculator demos remain free to use without an account.

When will I be charged?After the 14-day trial, your selected monthly or annual subscription starts automatically. Select “pay now” at checkout if you want billing to start immediately. Applicable taxes and the final total appear at checkout.

How do I cancel?Open Billing in your workspace and use the customer billing portal. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge. See the Refund Policy for charges already made.

What does a seat cover?Seats control concurrent user access within your organization. Start with one; owners and admins can manage seats from Billing.

Are all calculators included in Pro?Yes. Pro and the trial include all eight calculators listed above, including the Solar System calculator. Enterprise is optional: it only adds export branding controls, audit log access and procurement needs such as SSO, invoicing and multi-seat agreements.
